The Detroit Auto Dealers Association set an ambitious goal of $200,000 for a relief fund in connection with events of Sept. 11. The DADA says employees and owners of 240-member dealerships exceeded that goal by $25,000. “Detroit area dealers and employees really stepped up to the plate in this patriotic effort,” says DADA President Chuck Fortinberry.
